A rare octagonal entry table, crafted from very old, thick solid mahogany wood. The piece is richly decorated with finely detailed, hand-turned carvings, featuring natural ivory (authentic elephant tusk) panels combined with hand-inlaid natural mother-of-pearl. Every element has been meticulously engraved and set by hand, with remarkable density and smoothness. Recently polished after a deep restoration and deep cleaning of the wood, this table stands as one of the rarest examples of Ottoman Arabesque craftsmanship.
