At In House, we handle every item with care — from restoration to packaging — to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.

1. Shipping Coverage

We ship across Egypt and internationally, after confirming shipping costs and arrangements directly with the customer.
We offer dedicated shipping for all items, including fragile and oversized pieces, with secure packaging and care after restoration.

2. Processing Time

Orders are usually prepared and ready for dispatch within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.

3. Shipping Costs & VAT

Shipping fees are calculated based on the item’s size, weight, and destination.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

• Within Egypt: 2–4 business days
• International: Delivery times vary by destination and courier. Shipping is coordinated and confirmed with the customer before dispatch.

5. Furniture & Fragile Deliveries

Larger or delicate pieces are packed with reinforced materials to ensure safe delivery.
Furniture is delivered to the building entrance only — we do not carry items upstairs.

6. Tracking

Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent via email or WhatsApp. Please ensure your contact information is accurate during checkout.

7. Delivery Issues

If your item arrives damaged, report the issue within 24 hours of receiving it, along with clear photos of both the item and packaging. We'll guide you through the resolution process.
